Select the drop down of each bracelet listing to determine which size bracelet you are interested in. In most cases there will be multiple size options for a particular bracelet. For some listings it may only be offered in 7 Inches. For those listings just "add to cart".

The average women size wrist requires 7" bracelets. If you choose another size from this listing, it will be considered "Made to Order". Please allow the full processing time for this item to be created and shipped.

Please know bracelets are not pre-stretched, so they can stretch a little through time and wear. These bracelets are made to fit nicely against the wrist, however depending on your wrist size or bead, some bracelets can vary on the individual.

Please use bracelets with care. Although it is secure, don’t stretch bracelet vigorously, only apply to wrist. Refrain from pulling to hard on any of the beads, charms, gems or elastic. (Gently roll on).

Please be kind to your jewelry. To keep jewelry in tip top shape, I recommend putting on all lotions, perfumes and make up on before putting on jewelry. Sunlight and everyday use can change the colors slightly.

Fashion jewelry offers a great balance of high style and affordability, but requires extra care. It’s important to remember these are not solid gold pieces. Use a soft cleaning cloth after wearing to remove makeup, dirt and daily natural body oils.

Please remove jewelry before doing activities like swimming, showering, etc.

Due to the nature of Poppies & Jules items being handmade, each item is unique. You may find slight variations from item to item or image shown, but that is what makes each item one of kind. For bead bracelets, each bead is unique in its own way. You will find no two beads, alike.

Each piece of jewelry is made with love and from the heart.

All gold beads that are gold filled will be noted as such. Gold filled jewelry contains a much thicker layer of actual karat gold than "plated" gold and therefore lasts much longer than plated gold.

Store with care. It is important to avoid exaggerated exposure to the sun, scented materials, dyed materials and any harsh chemicals.

Just drop a drop or two of 100% pure essential oil directly on the diffuser beads. Rub it in to help absorb. Repeat when needed. You do not need much for scent. The more you drop, the stronger the scent will be. The scent on the bracelet can last for days. I would start small (just a bead or two) and work yourself to more if needed.

Don't want to use essential oil with diffuser bracelets? That's okay! These bracelets work great as regular bracelets, too!

*In some instances, color of diffuser bead can change slightly due to the essential oil.

Please note that Poppies & Jules will not be held responsible for an incorrect address provided by the customer at checkout. I am able to accommodate corrections if they are caught by the customer before the order ships.

If your item is shipped to the wrong address, in most instances it is found that the item is sent back to the original sender. If this is the case with your order, Poppies & Jules will contact you once your item is received. You will be held responsible for the cost of shipping the item to the correct address.

Poppies & Jules is not liable for damaged packages. However, if an item arrives damaged please contact me with a picture. If it is decided that I will recreate your item, customer must ship back damage item to me. Any shipping fees back to Poppies & Jules, will be at customers own expense. Once I receive the item and recreate it, I will ship the item back to customer free of charge.

PLEASE NOTE: Poppies & Jules is not liable for lost or stolen packages. If your package has not arrived, please reach out to your local post office with your tracking number. The post office says that customers need to wait a total of 14 days before contacting them. Once the 14 days occurs, the post office will be able to provide additional information.

All items are final sale. In the case of an issue- feel free to contact me. I will determine each order case by case. If it is determined that Poppies & Jules will take back the item, the customer must ship item back at their own expense in the original condition it came in. Once I have received the item and determined it’s in the same condition, I will refund you only for the amount of the item(s). (Original shipping will not be included). The buyer is responsible for any loss in value.
